At the beginning and towards the end of the season she sails weekends only, but for ten solid weeks in June, July and August there is a regular daily traffic between Stockholm and Mariefred with the exception of Mondays.
Saturdays during the entire season Mariefred makes an extra short trip to Taxinge-Näsby.
There is a dining saloon on upper deck and a cafeteria on lower deck. Steamboat steak and salmon are daily on the menu among other things.
Moreover, the steamboat is open to charter traffic in Mälaren and the Stockholm archipelago, a growing business in constant demand. Charter price: 4 000 SEK per hour and VAT (at present 6%). Meals of all kinds can be served on board.
